Terms & Conditions

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the Kashmir Got Humour organisers. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

Participation is open to everyone with a talent. Participants must be at least 5 years old. Minors require parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's participation.

Registration and auditions are completely free. We never charge a fee to participate or to be considered for any round.

You register online for a city, then perform live for our judges. Selected talents advance through subsequent rounds at the organisers' discretion. Decisions of the judges and production team are final.

All participants must behave respectfully toward organisers, judges, fellow participants and audiences. We may disqualify anyone who is abusive, unsafe, or violates these terms or applicable law.

By auditioning you grant Kashmir Got Humour a non-exclusive licence to record, use, edit, publish and distribute your audition footage, photo and performance across TV, YouTube, social media and promotional materials, worldwide and without additional compensation. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.

Winners may receive cash prizes, mentorship, performance opportunities and other benefits as announced. Prizes are subject to verification and applicable rules for each season.

The Kashmir Got Humour name, logo, branding and website content are owned by the organisers. You may not use them without written permission.

The show is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation, except for liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

You agree to indemnify the organisers against any claim arising from your submission, conduct, or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

We may update these terms. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
